Pontoporeia 1e714982d3 fix: restore contact_interne/contact_public column names in v_theses_full ...

Migration 041 accidentally renamed contact_interne → author_email and
contact_public → author_show_contact, but all application code still
references the old names. Migration 042 rebuilds the views with the
correct column aliases. Also updated schema.sql to match.
