Pontoporeia 2632730fa0 .gitignore ignore rate_limit and theses and logs. 
Done. The .gitignore now ignores all files in app/storage/cache/rate_limit/* and app/storage/theses/* while   
 preserving their .gitkeep files via ! negation rules.
