Step 1: Document Your Request
Format:

Step 2: Specify Details
For new columns:
- Column name
- Data type (TEXT, INTEGER, BOOLEAN, DATETIME)
- NULL/NOT NULL

For new tables:

Step 3: Provide Context
Include:
